How long will it take for my lighting order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For premium items or custom fixtures, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for damaged or unwanted items?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. If your light fixture arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a free replacement.
Are light bulbs included with the fixtures?
Bulb inclusion varies by product. Please check the 'Specifications' section on the product page to see if bulbs are included or to find the recommended bulb type for that specific fixture.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation services, we recommend that all hardwired light fixtures be installed by a qualified, licensed electrician to ensure safety and maintain your warranty.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Dusk Lighting products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Can I use LED bulbs in your traditional fixtures?
In most cases, yes. As long as the bulb base matches the socket (e.g., E27 or GU10) and does not exceed the maximum wattage rating of the fixture, LED bulbs are a great energy-efficient choice.
